Whether you are seeking clarity, resilience, or a deeper connection with yourself, I am here to help you navigate life’s challenges with awareness, equanimity, and compassion.

Through a series of insightful conversations, we can explore your experiences, support conscious decision-making, and discover pathways to living more authentically and in alignment with what truly matters to you.

If you find yourself struggling to reach a specific life goal, we’ll work together on developing strategies that reflect your values and help you recalibrate your sense of balance — so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.



what is coaching & counselling?


Counselling is a form of talking therapy that creates space to speak freely and truthfully. Rooted in a therapeutic relationship, it supports you in exploring thoughts, emotions, and patterns — helping you find your own way forward with honesty and self-understanding.

Coaching is more focused on the future. It’s about bridging the gap between where you are now and where you want to be — using your current context, challenges, and resources as stepping stones toward meaningful change.

Coaching & counselling combines both approaches. It allows space for reflection and clarity while also supporting action and growth. This integrated method offers depth, direction, and the flexibility to meet you exactly where you are.

Most people find that 5 to 10 sessions are enough to gain clarity, shift perspective, and take meaningful steps. For others, a longer trajectory may feel right. The pace is always tailored to you.

Depending on your needs, we might explore:

  • Mapping your inner experience — thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations
  • Gaining clarity around a life choice or transition
  • Understanding relationship dynamics and emotional habits
  • Uncovering deeper motivations or unspoken truths
  • Cultivating practices (like breath awareness or journaling) between sessions

I don’t diagnose or advise from above. I walk beside you — as someone who’s also navigating the complexities of living with attention and intention.

Sessions last about an hour. The pace, frequency, and depth are always adapted to you.

about me


I’m an architect, urban advisor, and passionate gardener with a deep curiosity about how we shape—and are shaped by — our environments.

My work lives at the intersection of city and nature, body and mind, structure and flow. I approach cities the way I approach my garden: as living systems that require deep listening, patience, and care.

Over time, architecture has become more than building design for me. It’s a way of understanding the fabric of landscapes, communities, and inner life. Whether I’m sketching a masterplan, planting perennials, or guiding a conversation, I move with the same intention — to support presence, connection, and awareness.

I practice Bikram yoga and strength training, and I study and apply mindfulness meditation in the Burmese Vipassana tradition as taught by S.N. Goenka. These embodied practices continually teach me about impermanence, clarity, and compassion. They also inform how I hold space for others.

Currently, I’m also studying coaching and counselling. This path helps me explore the integration of Buddhist psychology with contemporary methods for dialogue, growth, and healing.
